The Community Leads are a group of Citizens who were assembled by Alex Becker and EllioTrades to foster communication, structure, and growth of the Neo Tokyo community.

- Neo Tokyo's tokenomics
- Approval process for funding Citizen proposals
The Community Leads are headed by Neo Tokyo's Project Manager Firestorm (AKA rohlfing).
