** On this day the Citizen Contract went live and those that held all three Neo Tokyo NFTs (and optionally a Vault) could link them together to create a single NFT called a Citizen. After upload day citizens began to yield [[Bytes|$BYTES]]. The amount if bytes was determined by the composition of individual NFTs that comprised an Uploaded Citizen.
