View source for Bytes 2.0 Proposal

The major overhaul to [[Bytes|$BYTES]] tokenomics was outlined in a blog post on April 20, 2022. The implementation of this proposal will make major changes and have many variables that will effect an [[Citizen|S1]], [[Outer Citizen|S2]], and [[Meat bag|non-citizen's]] ability to yield $BYTES.
