A team is comprised of one Citizen and two Outer Citizens. Teams were created for the Meta Tournament. An Outer Citizens performance in the Meta Tournament determined the rarity of their outer item cache and outer land deed.
The teams performance contributed to the guilds rank.
To join a team, an Outer Citizen has to apply to and be accepted by a Citizen. An Outer Citizen applies to be on a Citizen's team on their page at https://neotokyo.codes/viewCitizens
