CitCap, short for "Citizen Capital," is a private equity venture capital led by industry experts to provide long-term support to innovative and flourishing blockchain companies. CitCap is the official investment arm of Neo Tokyo backed by EllioTrades & Alex Becker.[1]

Through the application of a diversified investment strategy, Citizen Capital will help our investors create a balanced portfolio and maximize capital appreciation through token sales & private equity investments within the most desirable branches of web 3.0[2]

Requirements

To participate in CitCap investments, you must possess a Neo Tokyo Season 1 or Season 2 Citizen, stake Bytes in the CitCap contract, and have full access to the discord.

Investment System

Allocations in investments are limited so CitCap has an investment system that utilizes a raffle and subsequent first-come-first-served investment phase (if any investment allocations remain.)

The raffle is like a lottery. The probability of winning is determined by the number of raffle tickets held for that particular investment. Winners will have exclusive access to participate in the investment project for the first 24 hours. After 24h, every member of Citizen Capital can participate on a First Come, First Served (FCFS) basis.[3]

For the raffled allocations, the amount of raffle entries a Citizen receives depends on their Citizen's season and rarity. Elite Citizens have five entries, Citizens have three entries, and Outer Citizens have one raffle entry.

Each Investment is made in $USDC or $USDT has a minimum contribution amount, which is typically $500 USD. This amount can either increase or decrease depending on the circumstances and the opportunity being offered.

Previous Investments

CitCap has previously invested in the following companies: MintDefense, Life Beyond, Unyfy, Steady Stack, Arcade, LandX, Nillion, Lore, bitsCrunch, Non Fungible Arcade, Goodlawyer, Analog, Tatsumeeko, Heroes of Mavia, Supra Oracles, LimeWire, Planet Mojo, and Rooniverse.
