Top 500 citizens in rarity are considered elite. This can be checked on here. Elite have a yellow name and 2 extra discord channels and 1 elite voice channel. No other benefits are known.

Rarity is based on the "Citizen Component Score" of all 3 or 4 NFTs that where used to upload a specific citizen.

  • See component scores on neotokyotools.com.
  • Currently (30thDec, 2021) the lowest elite citizen has a score of 668.
  • Having a score higher than this will upload an elite citizen.
  • This will change as certain codes are re-uploaded and rankings change.
  • You can dissemble your citizen and upload again with different codes (note, you will loose your current number and the staking bonus will reset).

Component scores are listed on https://neotokyo.codes/trade

Component scores

IDs are usually the highest points (ranging from 150-700) of the 4 parts, but the following almost guarantee elite:

Land deeds:

  • Omnipresent land (1200 points).
  • Penthouse land (460 points) (no longer mintable).

Vaults:

  • “?” multiplier vaults with or without items.
  • General vaults with very rare items (300-400 points).

Item caches:

  • Unique items (600-1000 points).
  • Some non one-of-one item caches can give up to 600 points.

Please note that the rank shown for the codes on RarityMon (especially vault and item cache) does not correspond with the "Citizen Component Score“. Please use neotokyotools.com.
