Claiming $BYTES From Vault

Has a Vault been opened?

Vaults are in either an opened or unopened state. They can only be opened once and they remain opened. Opening a vault box is the process of withdrawing the initial $BYTES balance from the vault into a wallet.

Opening a vault requires an S1 Identity that has never opened a vault.

You can determine if a vault has been opened via the $BYTES contract address on etherscan.

  • Navigate to Contract and then to the Read Contract subcategory
  • To see if an ID has opened a box, go to 8.identityBoxOpened and write the NUMBER OF THE CHARACTER ID. Press Query. If you see TRUE then the ID has opened a box. If you see FALSE then the ID has NOT opened a box
  • To see if a vault has been opened, go to read contract 9.hasVaultBoxBeenOpened and write the NUMBER OF THE VAULT BOX. Press QUERY. If you see TRUE then the Vault Box has been opened. If you see FALSE then the Vault box has NOT been opened.
