A Neo Tokyo Citizen is the NFT resulting from staking the three components (and an optional [[Neo_Tokyo_Vault_Card_(NEOTV)|Vault]]) in the [[Citizen#Contract_Address|Citizen Contract]]. While the component pieces are SVG text on black, the Citizen NFT creates a composite image from the properties described in the component pieces.
